Please read these terms carefully before using PlanningPackPro AI. By using the website you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
PlanningPackPro AI is a digital product. It provides a structured planning-route check and route-specific paperwork support documents (the “Pack”) for common UK householder planning scenarios in England and Wales.
2. User responsibility for accuracy
The result depends on the answers you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of all inputs, including measurements, address details, property type, designations (e.g. conservation area, listed building), prior consents and existing extensions. Incorrect inputs may produce an incorrect route or pack.
3. Council / local planning authority has final say
Your local planning authority is the sole legal decision-maker on whether your project requires permission, whether it is lawful, and whether any application is valid or approved. PlanningPackPro AI does not make planning decisions and cannot bind any authority.
4. No guarantee of approval or validation
We do not guarantee that your application will be validated, approved, or accepted, nor that any Lawful Development Certificate, Prior Approval determination or planning permission will be granted.
5. What the Pack does not include
- Architectural drawings and plans
- Council and Planning Portal application fees
- Bespoke planning consultant advice
- Site visits, surveys or measurements
These are paid for separately and are not part of the Pack unless expressly stated.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanningPackPro AI accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect user input, reliance on the Pack without independent verification, changes in law or policy after purchase, or any decision made by a local planning authority.
7. Intended scope
The service is intended for common domestic / householder planning scenarios. It is not designed for commercial development, listed buildings, flats, mixed-use sites or complex multi-property sites, which we route to Professional Advice.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
