PlanningPackPro AI helps UK homeowners and small developers understand the likely planning route for common householder projects before spending heavily on professional fees.
What we do
PlanningPackPro AI helps homeowners identify whether a project is likely to fall under Permitted Development, Prior Approval, Full Householder Planning Permission, or whether professional advice is required. We then generate route-specific paperwork support so you can prepare a clean, well-presented submission to your local planning authority.
How we're different
Most online planning tools rely on free-text AI chat that can produce contradictory or incorrect answers. We don't. Our planning route is determined by a deterministic rules engine written and maintained in code — the same rules apply for every user, every time. The AI is only used to draft the supporting prose for your paperwork pack, locked to the route the rules engine has already selected.
Where we cover
We currently support England and Wales. Welsh postcodes are routed through a separate engine reflecting Planning Policy Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland are not currently supported.
What we are not
PlanningPackPro AI is not a planning consultant, architect, solicitor or local authority. We do not issue planning decisions and we do not guarantee approval. For complex sites, listed buildings, flats and ambiguous cases, we escalate the user to the free Professional Advice route rather than charge for a pack.
