Refund Policy

Digital products

Packs are digital products generated on demand and made available for immediate download. Once a Pack has been generated or downloaded, refunds are limited.

When we may consider a refund

• A technical failure that prevented your Pack from being generated
• Duplicate payment for the same Pack
• The Pack was paid for but not delivered

When we generally cannot refund

• You changed your mind after the Pack was generated or downloaded
• The result does not match the answer you hoped to receive
• Your local authority requested additional documents outside the Pack's stated scope
• You provided incorrect inputs that produced an incorrect route

How to request a refund

Email support@planningpackpro.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. Include your assessment reference, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
